1960s Renovation and Addition

An abundance of light fills this completely renovated 60’s tract house, designed to accommodate a growing family.  Expanses of windows were added across the rear of the home to enhance the connection between the outdoors and the kitchen, living room, and sunroom. The home’s exterior shutters were preserved to ensure that the exterior character of the home remained unchanged. An new kitchen with a large built in island with seating was added to the rear of the home. Coffered ceilings are also featured throughout the interior and tie in with the historic exterior.
